Timorasso produced with grapes coming from younger vineyards, which show a lesser structure than the DERTHONA version. No maceration and refinement on noble lees take place in shorter times, this allows us to obtain a fresher and more vertical wine.
In this bottle, the characteristics are floral and citrus notes, minerality and freshness.
The pairing is with grilled fish dishes, white meats, fried vegetables, ideal as an aperitif.
